Word Art Project: The
assignment for this project was to make a wordle creation and integrate this
into a picture of someone. I approached the project by going on a website to
randomly generate words and as they appeared I entered them into the wordle
picture. I decided to use Everett’s picture, so I erased out the background and
then filled in his face black to provide a background for the words. I would
say I was inspired by the words I chose, but I was really just going on what I
was given. The elements of design I most employed were color in the words and
kine to distinguish the boundaries of the image from the background. I’m
satisfied with my work, and I especially find the outline of Everett’s hair
amusing.
